A uniface medieval, lead alloy token, dating from c. 1100-1500. The upper surface is decorated with a crude sun or star design consisting of eight raised lines radiating from a central point. The reverse is rough but appears not to be decorated. It is 14.4mm in diameter and 3mm thick. It weighs 2.34gm. Reference: Fletcher, Tokens and Tallies Through the Ages, p. 32.

A square, uniface, medieval, copper-alloy coin weight for the French ecu, c. 1422-1475. It depicts a crowned shield containing three fleurs-de-lis, flanked by the letter H on each side, all within a beaded circle. Weights of this type with initials flanking the shield are known to be of French manufacture. It is 15.3mm long, 14.4mm wide, and 2mm thick. It weighs 2.53gm. A copper alloy post Medieval coin; an Irish halfcrown (large size) of James II, dated 1689. The reverse type is a crown over sceptres dividing JR, with XXX above and month of issue below. Unfortunately the month is illegible. The first letter is a possible J, but uncertain. Measures 31.9mm diameter x 2.3mm, weighing 11.82g. A medieval silver hammered coin; a Scottish penny of Alexander III, first coinage (1250-80AD). The obverse appears to be a type two. The moneyer is Wilam, and it was probably minted in Roxburgh. The coin measures 17.6mm diameter x 0.9mm, weighing 1.43g. See the Standard Catalogue of British coins volume two: coins of Scotland, Ireland and the Islands, number 5042.

A copper alloy Nuremberg jetton, Rechenmeister type, with the alphabet on the reverse. The jetton has a diameter of 26.5mm and is 1mm thick. It depicts a Rechenmeister using jettons at a counting table on the obverse. The jetton is pierced. An exact parallel has not been found, but it is similar to Mitchiner (Volume 1) number 1430. It probably dates from 1580 to 1600.
