16th-18th Century. Lead alloy, cast, small size uniface token. Length 18.2mm, Width 16.8mm, Thickness 3mm, Diameter 18.2mm, Weight 4.4g. Obverse: Long cross or linear cross with pellet design within a border. Reverse: Blank. Very pale grey patina with a few flecks or brown sandy staining. Ref. A lead-alloy potash bag seal dating to the modern era c.1890-1919 One side has KA(L)I and '[S]YNDI[KAT]' stamped underneath a stamped circle or knot. The other side has '[B]ERLIN' stamped onto the surface, perhaps also with a stamped circle/knot above. The seal is 18.5mm in diameter, 4.1mm thickand weighs 11.4g.
