Medieval Scottish coin; struck silver penny of William I, short cross phase B, c.1205-1230. No mint name and both moneyers Hue (at Edinburgh) and Walter (at Perth) mentioned. 20 points to the mullets on the reverse. Reverse legend retrograde. Obv. Profile head of the king, facing left, with crown and hair of pellets. Sceptre in front. HE REI WILA/[M] Rev. Voided short cross Moline. Single mullet in each quadrant.
