A copper-alloy English jetton of Edward II (1307 - 1327). According to George Berry's catalogue (medieval English Jettons) it is a Type 6 (lion's head facing forwards) and has reverse type 5 (a short cross Moline). There is a border of pellets and saltires on the obverse and pellets on the reverse (Bord D/G). This type has also been catalogued by Barnard as number 32 and Snelling as number 29. It is 20mm in diameter and 1mm thick. It weighs 1.87gm.

A heavily worn and corroded copper-alloy Jetton of medieval date. This object is most closely paralleled with Mitchiner no. 132, classified as an Edward II, Class XI type of 1310-1314AD (1988; pp. 102). The jetton has a central hole. It measures 22.3mm in diameter, 0.5mm thick and weighs 2.17g.

Copper alloy medieval jetton which is 1mm thick and has a diameter of 19.5mm. Obverse: A rose with five petals in a hexagon with concave sides within a circle and a beaded border. Berry’s type 7: Rose within a reverse tressure (Berry 1974). Reverse: a cross recercelee (cross with divided and curled ends) with a pellet in each angle. Beaded border with a circular line dividing the border from the field. The jetton is probably one from the reign of Edward II (Berry 1974) and dates from circa AD1307 – 1327.
