Silver coin. Long Cross Halfpenny, York archiepiscopal mint, so Classes 3e,f, 9b or 15d, possibly Class 3f of Edward I (1272-1307), issue of 1280. Very worn and legends erased.
Obverse description: Crown with tall central fleur, possible damaged right spearhead suggests Class 3f; mint is consistent with Class 3.
Reverse description: Long cross with central quatrefoil for York mint, three pellets in each angle.
Diameter: 14.4mm, Weight: 0.66gms.
