Medieval coin; Struck silver groat of Edward III, fourth coinage, pre-treaty series, series G, dated to 1356-1361. Initial mark is of Cross 3 type. All Ns are unbarred. Legends have annulet stops. The legend in the inner ring starts in the opposite quadrant from the legend in the outer ring.
