Obverse: Bust facing, +EDW A R ANGL DNS hYB Reverse: Long cross with three pellets in angles CIVI/TAS/CAN/TOR. The coin is 18.2mm in diameter, and weighs 1.30g.

A Medieval silver halfpenny coin of Edward I, II or III. There is a segment of loss in the shape of a "V" shape. Obverse: "[...] RD [...]" Legend is worn away and struck off centre. Everything else on this side is either badly worn or faded completely. Reverse: "ILLEGIBLE" Four segments, separated by a long cross, each have three pellets. Two of the quaters are damaged through one of the arms of the cross. The "V" shape loss starts at the centre of the coin.
