A complete cast lead-alloy spindle whorl (possibly) of Unknown date. The object is sub-circular in plan, domed and flat on the underside. It has a central vertical circular perforation which has a diameter of 9.6mm. A grey friable patina has exfoliated in places. Height: 11.3mm; length: 24.6mm; width: 22.2mm. Weight: 26.23g (0.925 ounces). It is possible that this object may be a weight.

At the centre, a vertical circular perforation has a diameter of 8.19mm. The upper face with incised oblique lines and the rear face is plain. It has traces of a buff patina. A complete possible spindle whorl of Unknown date (c. AD 43-c. 1800). The undecorated spindle whorl is sub-conical (domed) in form. The top is slightly flattened causing spreading of the metal and a reduction in hole size to about 6.0mm. It has a central vertical hole which has a diameter of about 7.5mm at the bottom. A small nick at the side has a raised a bump. This spindle whorl is smooth, off white and buff in places. Height: 10.5mm; maximum width: 20.3mm. Weight: 19.65g.
