It has been tempered with crushed flint and small complete sea shells. The shells are of similar size and each now has the apex missing. One break is abraded and the other three are possibly recent. Two ceramic coarse ware body sherds of Unknown date. Surface finds in sand and silt in the inter-tidal zone. The fabric of both sherds is densely tempered with angular flint. One sherd is buff/grey throughout and the other sherd is pale orange. However, the tempering is similar. Sherd 1: sub-triangular in plan, 55.9 x 40.9 x 6.9mm. Weight: 16.19g. Sherd 2: sub-oval in plan, 45.9 x 39.5 x 7.6mm. Weight: 16.93g.

It is sparsely tempered with angular flint and occasional pieces of rounded flint. The breaks are old and abraded. Part of the rim is flat and the shoulder is angled.
