A glass bead possibly of unknown period possibly Early Medieval but more likely modern, cylindrical or drum-shaped formed from transparent yellow glass with a dull yellow collar around either end. It may well be a reticella bead made up of panels of twisted cable laid onto the surface of the bead as there are blue and red rods around the edge around the centre. Beads are very difficult to date as they do not change a great deal upto the modern day hence the attribution. The diameter is 7mm, the length is 8mm, the width is 7mm and the weight 0.57g.

Two amorphic piece of copper alloy slag. Found in an area with Bronze Age and Roman artefacts. The surface is characterised by lumps and hollows and has a tin element is indicated relating to bronze working. The slag has a good deep green patina, similar to that seen on some local Bronze Age metalwork, so it may date from this period. If this lump of slag is indeed Bronze Age, it is interesting that it has survived and was not re-melted. Fragments of casting waste like this one are hard to date. Unusual lead alloy mount of unknown date and period it appears to be in the form a medal decorated with a swastika. The stamped cross is more consistent with a later Medieval style, suggesting it dates to the 12th to 16th Centuries AD. The pendant is a mid grey in colour, with an even surface patina. A penannular ring of cast copper alloy, possibly an ear ring of unknown date. The ring is decorated with opposing incised lines.
