A Post Medieval copper alloy token probably dating 1600 - 1800AD. The obverse shows evidence of a fleur-de-lys decoration however corrosion prevents any clear distinction on both the obverse and reverse. The diameter is 38mm and the weight 20.66g. No clear parallels have been found for this object.

An incomplete stone flat or discoidal spindle whorl, of Neolithic to Medieval dating (BC 3500 - AD 1900). Around 75% of the spindle whorl is present. Both faces of the spindle whorl are flat and undecorated; a circular perforation runs through the the centre, presumably for attachment to a wooden spindle (now missing). The spindle whorl is made from a fine-grained sandstone. The whorl is circular in plan and sub-rectangular in profile, with parallel faces. A copper alloy mount in the form of a folded bird wing (or possibly an angels wing). It is difficult to determine whether this was part of a composite piece such as a statue or mounted flat onto something else which the presence of studs on the reverse suggest. No parallels can be found, but given the high level of detail present in the casting of the feathers, suggests a later date. Likely to be late Post Medieval to Early Modern. It has a patina varying between green and brown, with some copper corrosion showing.The length is 45mm, the width is 26mm and the weight 9.95g.

Fragment of gold. It is undiagnostic, and cannot be attributed to a specific period. Almost identical to WAW-97AC75 and very similar to ESS-043423 which have been assigned as unknown. Shares similarities with CAM-9461A7 also assigned as unknown and CORN-2BAA91 assigned to the Bronze Age on the basis of isotope analysis. Other gold fragments have been assigned as Viking hack gold NARC-88B423. This object could be Viking hack or more likely off a Bronze Age artefact but remains undiagnostic. A glass bead of unknown period possibly of Early Medieval but more likely modern, cylindrical or drum-shaped formed from transparent yellow glass with a dull yellow collar around either end. It may well be a reticella bead made up of panels of twisted cable laid onto the surface of the bead as there are blue and red rods around the edge around the centre. Beads are very difficult to date as they do not change a great deal upto the modern day hence the attribution. The diameter is 7mm, the length is 9mm, the width is 7mm and the weight 1.17g.

A gold fragment of an artefact of an undiagnostic date. It is in the form of a penannular wire loop which appears to have been hammered to shape and may have originally been circular but has been crushed and appears to have been deliberately cut at both ends. It seems likely that it is a jewellery fragment and could be a crushed ring fragment or off an ear ring.
