Stone implement, from a baked sedimentary rock, or meta-sediment with quartz veins and mica (musovite) inclusions, which were probably 'recycled' when the rock metamorphosed (Roger Taylor pers comm). The implement is triangular in plan, with a curved, expanded end, and plano-convex in profile and section. The expanded end is flat on one side and curved on the other, which may just be a result of the pebble being shaped by the sand and sea, and not by hand.
