An incomplete polished whetstone or hone stone. The object is oval in plan and is a crested oval in cross-section. It is smooth and polished on each face with small concretions adhering to one face. A series of linear scratches on the object are visible on each side. The whetstone has been manufactured from very fine-grained, blue-grey stone. A complete but damaged gold finger ring of uncertain date. The ring has an oval hoop and a flattened sub-rectangular bezel which has been damaged. The ring is undecorated. An image of the finger ring has been assessed by the British Museum and due to its undiagnostic nature it can not be proven that the object is more than 300years old. Both outer grooves are back to back with a central void forming an hour glass shape. A much shallower stamped groove is cut by the outer grooves. The opposite face of the object is undecorated. An unidentified object of possible modern date. The object consists of a curved sub-oval piece of wood, one edge of which has been covered in copper alloy. The wood is cracked and frayed due to drying out and the copper alloy encrusted and corroded. Seven circular rivets attach the copper alloy to the wood. The object is possibly nautical, though its size suggests perhaps from a smaller vessel rather than ship. Possibly the copper/bronze tipping of an oar blade, a fitting off a cutter or lifeboat? Although found within a blue clay layer the rivets suggest a more modern date.

A complete cast lead nail of uncertain date. The nail has a flattened oval head measuring 13.34mm in width and 11.08mm thick. The shaft is lozenge shaped in cross-section and tapers to a rounded point. The object has been bent in the centre, almost in half. It has a pitted light brown patina.

A rectangular piece of sheet silver of unknown date and function. The object is undecorated. Nine small holes perforate the outer edge of the object possibly for attachment. The size of the perforations, 0.78mm in diameter, indicate it may have been threaded onto an item of clothing. The object does not qualify as treasure under the 1996 Treasure Act due to being undiagnostic.

A cast copper alloy object of uncertain function and date. The object consists of a circular sectioned arm which tapers towards one end terminating with a pointed hook. The hook measures 0.5mm in diameter where it terminates. The arm is 6.5mm in diameter at its widest point. The opposite end of the object terminates with a pointed triangular 'arrow-head'. The base of the terminal 'arrow-head' measures 5mm in width and 3.5mm in thickness. The terminal measures 6mm in length. A cast lead alloy weight of uncertain date. The object is sub-circular in plan and conical. It has a central circular perforation with an internal diameter of 3mm. The object has a shiny mid-grey patina. Lead weights are common throughout the Medieval and Post-Medieval period and are therefore difficult to date. The patina on this example indicates that a Post-Medieval to Modern date is more likely. The object weighs18.8g.
