Fragment of lead panel. The item is now roughly triangular in plan and somewhat 'crumpled'. All sides are incomplete; two are relatively neat and appear to have been cut with a knife. Additional cut marks close to these sides, set on the same alignment, are also visible. The third side has been rolled over at the top, but this too has been cut. A moulded line decorates one corner of the panel on what appears to be the exterior.
