Pin, copper alloy, the shank has an irregular section c. 3.5mm in diameter,from which it tapers to a point. Its surface appears scaled and fibrous. On the other end is a flat sectioned 3.8 x 2.2mm loop the end of which is tapered to 3.3mm in diameter and scrolled around the shank. No parallel has been found for this object and it might date from the Iron Age or Early Medieval periods. Length 102.4mm, Diameter 3.5mm, Width 13.3mm, Mass 8.95g
