A complete opaque globular annular glass bead of unknown date, Bronze Age to Modern, about 2200 BC to AD 1900, but most likely to be Roman or Early Medieval. The bead is made out of opaque light-blue glass. It is circular in shape, with convex sides, and the ends slightly flattened. It is annular and uneven, thicker at one side than the other. An unknown object of unknown date and function. The object is a bow of copper alloy that is ovoid in section. At the foot the face appears machined, however the marks could be from casting. The 'face' of the object is trapezoidal and has an irregular shape with a possible zoomorphic shape - possibly a lion. Above this is a small suspension loop.  Length: 50.87 mm Width: 14.82 mm Thickness: 5.27 mm Weight: 21.66 g

A flat silver ring. The age and function are unknown. The finder wondered if the object may be made from a coin, specifically an Elizabeth I Groat, Spink number 2551. Carl Savage, however, commented that the outer edge of the object did not look like the edge of a coin. The age and function remain unknown,  Weight 0.64g Diameter: 22.84, Internal diameter 16.05mm Thickness: 0.36mm

An incomplete cast lead-alloy steelyard weight dating to the Roman period (AD 43-410). The weight is roughly bi-conical in form consisting of two unequally sized upper and lower hemispheres with a rounded circumferential ridge between them. A copper alloy band of 4mm width surrounds the circumference. The bottom section is smaller, and the base has been flattened either during production or at a later date. This object was initialy thought to be a copper alloy potin of Iron Age date. However, on further investigation and after the photographs were examined by John Naylor, it deemed not to be a potin and is recorded here as unidentified.
