Fragment of a Roman tile of red terracotta like fabric 1st to 5th century AD. Decorated with sets of paralllel combed lines. Probably a flue or wall tile. Length 63mm, width 52mm, and thickness 15mm.

Two pieces of mid red oxidised fabric Roman tile found in the same field. Dating to between the c122 and c407 AD. The right one measures length 22mm, width 22mm, thickness 26mm, weight 16.3g, and the left length 35mm, width 30mm, thickness 25mm, weight 23.8g.

Probably a Roman tile or brick fragment, made from a material very much like the local reddish legionary ware. Measures 31 x 22 x 9mm, weight 7.1g. Probably dating between c43 to c410 AD. Fragments of Roman ceramic building material where also found nearby.
