Late Iron Age to Roman (mid 1st to 2nd centuries) button-loop fastener: The copper alloy fastener has been a cast and has a sub-circular frame which is slightly bent through damage. On the reverse, off-set there is a protection which is a V-shape and originally would have formed a loop to attach the fastener. The surface of the fastener has traces of a light blue-green patina with patches of pitting and abrasion. The fastener measures 24.35mm long and is 20.67mm wide and 8.68mm thick. It weighs 4.17g. Roman (1st to 2nd century) finger ring of Henig type XII. The copper alloy finger ring, which has been cast, has a horizontal oval cell bezel. The cell has traces of the original filling which appears to be a black ceramic substance, which may be a type of adhesive. A Roman (1st to 4th centuries) copper-alloy hair pin: The head of the pin is bulbous with a slightly flattened head and has a cordon underneath with a flat base where the shaft of the pin protrudes.
