Copper alloy miniature axehead or pick of probable Roman date (c. AD 43 - 409). The head is lozenge-shaped with rounded tips. It measures 47.3mm in length, 5.53mm maximum width, 2.0mm minimum width and is 3.1mm thick. It has a central expansion with a vertical perforation through which the shaft passes. The top appears to have been hammered flat in order to sit flush with the top of the head. The shaft measures 30.7mm in length, 5.0mm in diameter below the head and then tapers sharply to a point, measuring 1.4mm at the bottom. Although no direct comparison could be found, a number …

Incomplete copper alloy Colchester derivative brooch dating to the period c. AD 43 - 100. The head, wings, pin and upper bow are missing. The brooch commences in a worn break and tapers from a width of 2.6mm to 1.6mm. It is decorated by a longitudinal incised zig zag running down the centre of the bow. The catchplate expands from the reverse of the foot and terminates in a rolled pin rest. It exhibits a single circular perforation.

Incomplete copper alloy enamelled headstud brooch dating to the period c. AD 75 - 200. Most of the pin, the lower bow, the foot and the catchplate are missing. The head exhibits rectangular wings which house a cylindrical case for the hinged pin mechanism. The wings are divided by a central pin slot which houses the butt of the pin. The bow arches back from the head and is square in section. It ha a short vertical rib, below which is a lozengiform cell filled with largely degraded enamel. One spot of blue enamel remains in the centre. The bow then tapers to a worn break.

Second addendum to the Marham hoard which is otherwise recorded at .NMS-3EF493 (2013 T420 and 2014 T83) and summary at IARCH-677D3D. Description: 5 copper alloy Roman radiates, 3 of Carausius (AD 286-93) and 2 of Allectus (AD 293-6), forming part of a dispersed hoard. Two groups of coins were recovered previously, 14 in 2013 (2013 T420) and a further 8 in 2014 (2014 T836). This latest addition brings the total number of coins up to 27. The wings are D-shaped in section with a central pin slot for the missing, probably sprung pin mechansim, although there is no cavity to house the spring. The wings are decorated with bands of wavy mouldings. The bow arches back from the head and tapers to an old break. The bow is decorated with a series of four longitudinal ridges of wavy mouldings.

Incomplete Roman copper alloy zoomorphic buckle of Hawkes and Dunning's Type IIA. The strap bar, the pin and approximately one half of the frame are missing. Incomplete dolphin with a large fin engraved with a series of diagonal lines. The eye is represented by a punched dot. The jaws of an opposed dolphin survive, the rest is missing due to old damage. The reverse of the dolphin's body is slightly concave. See: Hawkes and Dunning, 1961, fig.17-18.

Fragment of a Roman to Early Saxon copper alloy bracelet dating to the period c. AD 320 - 450. A D-sectioned strip of copper alloy, smooth on the reverse and decorated on the obverse with multiple motifs comprising a central field with five punched dots arranged in a line flanked on either side by toothed edges. At either end of the field is a ridge followed by an undecorated field. The bracelet terminates in a worn break at either end. Similar bracelets are discussed in Crummy, N, 1983, p. 45 & 46, no. 1725 - 1726.
