A Roman dupondius of Domitian (AD 81 - AD 96), dating to AD 84-6 (Reece Period 4), S C, depicting the reverse Mars advancing left, cloak floating out behind, holding Victory in extended right hand, trophy in the left, parazonium on the left side. Minted at Rome, RIC II.1, p. 281, cf. no. 216 passim. If there is an aegis on the obverse, it probably dates to AD 85-6 (cf. RIC II.1, p. 285, cf. 293 passim).
