An incomplete copper alloy Roman key handle (AD c. 150 - c. 410). The bow takes the form of an openwork trefoil with a keyhole shaped aperture in each lobe. A rounded knop and collar is located at the apex. A collar of three ridges separates the bow from the stem, the latter of which is of rectangular section. The collar is very worn and the three ridges are only visible on one side. The handle has a hollow stem that is now filled with iron corrosion product. An incomplete copper alloy Roman plate brooch dating to the 2nd century AD, missing its pin, the curl fo the catchplate and small fragments from the edge. The obverse is decorated with enamelled cells. At the centre is a circular cell with traces of possible white enamel inlaid in it. This central cell froms the centre of a red enamelled cell in the shape of an 11-pointed star or an 11 petalled flower. Between each point and the rim of the central cell is a pellet of copper alloy. A cast copper alloy Roman rectangular seal box lid, with enamelled detailing. The lid is rectangular and decorated with four rows of four square recessed cells which would once have contained enamel (now mostly missing). One of the colours seems to have been a red-brown, the other is indistinguishable (though one square seems to show blue?). The lid has three intact, undecorated sides.
