A Roman copper-alloy radiate or nummus dating to the period c. AD 260-402 (Reece Period 13-21). Unclear reverse type. Mint uncertain.
This coin is concreted to what appear to be two other coins below it, both in varying states of repair following probable heat damage. The dimensions relate to the widest point and thickness of the whole group, as is the weight. The uppermost coin is c. 16.2mm in diameter, but has not been able to be identified.

An incomplete Roman copper-alloy radiate or nummus of uncertain ruler dating to c. AD 260-402 (Reece period 13-21). Unclear reverse type with unclear depiction. Mint unclear.
The coin has suffered some losses around its circumference, giving it an irregular shape, and is highly corroded. It has been pierced towards the circumference, possibly for re-use as jewellery. It measures 14.4mm in diameter and weighs 1.30g
