A faceted Late Roman copper-alloy octagonal bead. The bead is octagonal in cross-section, expanding toward the centre and narrowing toward the ends. It has a fairly even grey-green patina. It measures 25.9mm long and up to 8.8mm wide. It is 1.2mm thick and weighs 4.52g. The object is similar in form to the object recorded as NCL-DF1D13 on this database.
