Probable Roman finger ring (1st to 4th century): Only the bezel and shoulders remain, the hoop is missing and the breaks are possibly recent. The bezel is oval in plan and has a large cell which contains a white paste. The edges of the cell are abraded and may have been deeper than it is now and the original setting is now missing. The upper and lower faces of the bezel are decorated with two clusters of three high-relief pellets. The shoulders are decorated with a cluster of six larger high-relief pellets.
