A silver Roman Republican denarius of L. Iulius Caesar, dating to 103 BC. Obverse shows a helmeted head of Mars left, reverse has incuse brockage of obverse, helmeted head of Mars right. The flan also appears to be thicker. Mint of Rome. RRC, p. 325, no. 320/1.
