An incomplete cast copper-alloy T.shaped Initial, hinged brooch of Roman date (AD 50-150). Description: The head of the brooch consists of tubular wings, with a slot for a hinged pin, now missing, the axis bar for which is threaded through the wings. The bow narrows slightly from the head and ends in a transverse break. It is decorated with a raised moulded triangle, the sides of which are engraved. The foot of the brooch is missing along with the catchplate. The brooch has a dark brown patina.  Measurements: length: 26mm; width: 26.6mm; thickness: 8.5mm; weight: 4.48g

A copper alloy Roman nail cleaner with moulded neck and shouldered blade,dating from the 1st to 2nd century AD. The blade is narrow and undecorated, tapering from round shoulders 6.8mm wide to a bifurcated tip 3.4mm wide (one point is missing). The neck has a lozengiform cross section with four flat sides, each decorated with deeply incised oblique lines creating a zig-zag effect. The neck widens slightly into a rounded suspension loop, 6.8mm in diameter,  set perpendicular to the plane of the blade.
