The head of the pendant is in the shape of an animal head, probably a horse or a dog, with a slightly open mouth, two circular indentations as nostrils and pointed ears. A worn and incomplete Roman knife handle dating to the period c. AD 43-200. The knife handle has an oval-sectioned shaft which terminates in an old break at one end (the blade end) while the other end expands into the zoomorphic terminal in the form of a ram's head. An incomplete cast copper-alloy spatula - possibly one end of a double-ended instrument - dating to the Roman period (c. AD 100-410). The spatula consists of a flat sub-rectangular shaped plate.
