An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy rowel spur (c. 1600-c. 1700).
This spur comprises a fragment of rowel box and part of the sides. Between the box and sides is a thin neck. The terminal on each of the sides is missing due to breaks.
The rowel box is particularly short and each part of the box is ‘D’-shaped in cross-section with a vertical ridge on each outer face. Close to the rounded end of the box there are the remains of an iron axis bar on which the rowel revolved. It is possible that some of the iron rowel remains within the box. An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy double-looped buckle (1550-1650).
One loop is missing.
The surviving frame is convex at the front and flat at the rear. The narrowed bar is roughly oval in cross-section.
At the centre of the outside edge there is moulded knop decorated at the front with a multifoil. There is a similar knop at each end of the bar. The tapering copper-alloy pin is ‘D’-shaped in cross-section, flat on the underside and has an open loop.

This object is in the form of a column with a crown at the top and a screw-thread at the bottom. The arched crown, 21.8mm in diameter, is surmounted by a rounded knop with a maximum diameter of 8.7mm. The column, circular in cross-section, has a baluster-like collar at the top which is 26.6mm in diameter. This collar has an integral guide which projects downwards from the edge. This fragment is a portion of one side with an integral terminal. The side curves in plan and is pointed-oval in cross-section. Both faces of the terminal are flat. The terminal is a figure-8 type and the perforations, measuring about 4.0mm in diameter, are oblique to the adjacent side. The outer face is decorated with transverse and oblique incised grooves. The inner face is plain.
The fragment has a dark green patina with traces of iron staining on both faces.

An incomplete copper-alloy object of uncertain function and of possible post-Medieval date (c. 1500-c. 1800).
This object tapers in width and thickness from a break across a hole to a blunt point. From the pointed end to about halfway along its length the upper face is ‘D’-shaped in cross-section. The remaining part of the upper face is bevelled along the edges. Close to the hole the bevels are ‘notched’ at either side.
The object is drab brown and the breaks are old.

One half of the frame and the pin are missing.
The loop is oval and the front is convex and bevelled internally. The rear is flat. The outside edge has a central ornate moulding with two ridges forming a pin-rest which is flanked by a roundel at either side. The bar is triangular in cross-section and has a deposit of iron mid-way along its length.

A complete but slightly damaged set of post-Medieval gold cufflinks (c. 1750-c. 1800).
Each cast element is similar and octafoil in plan with downturned edges.
The front of each element depicts Cupid resembling a Putti holding a lyre in the right hand and a dart in the left hand. An accoutrement close to the left knee may be a sheath of darts. The background is finely stippled. On the plain reverse each element has a central circular loop which is joined by a single elongated ornate link. The loops and link are ‘D’-shaped in cross-section, flat on their inner faces.
