A complete ?base silver post-medieval or modern mount. The object is a flattened hexagonal shape. The outer face is decorated with engraved entwined triangular and trefoil lines with a smaller solid trefoil in the centre. A solid line border runs around the outside of the outer face. There is a small patch of copper corrosion to one side of this design. The reverse is crudely finished and has iron corrosion in the centre, which may indicate how it was attached.
