A copper-alloy post-medieval zoomorphic knife end cap or terminal. Shaped like a small three-dimensional animal's head with a circular indentation to either side creating eyes and a short upturned beak-like snout. The base of the object is oval and covered with iron corrosion where it would have attached to the iron knife tang originally.  An end cap from a scale-tang knife of post-medieval date.
