The token measure 17.35mm long, 15.9mm wide, 2.05mm thick, weighs 2.13g. Lead tokens had a wide variety of potential uses such as use as tallies, gaming pieces, tickets, weights, etc. and are believed to have been locally produced; they are therefore difficult to date precisely. An early Post-Medieval (c. 1500 - c. 1700) copper alloy book-clasp: The body of the book clasp is a long, slender rectangle with a '+' shaped terminal whose edge is curled downwards forming the clasp element. The opposite terminal flares outwards being trapezoidal in plan and whose edge is scalloped. This section has two small rivet holes. A third rivet hole is situated towards the clasp terminal. A complete copper alloy finger ring, probably of Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 - AD 1700). The hoop is D shaped in cross section, being rounded to the exterior (outside edge). The shoulders expand slightly into the rectangular flat bezel. The bezel is decorated with a stepped lozenge platform. The finger ring is a mid to dark brown colour whose surface is abraded. A copper alloy strap fitting or harness mount. The mount is in the form of a multi-pointed star with alternating arms being longer than the others. The upper surface has moulded decoration on the upper surface. Some arms have been broken, but not recently. On the reverse there are at least three rectangular sectioned studs, which are all bent and incomplete. The surface of the mount has a red/brown matte patina with traces of a dark green patina. An incomplete copper alloy double looped sub-oval buckle. The buckle frame, in plan, is a pointed oval, with the apex of the remaining loops being expanded and has a bulbous moulding. The second loop is missing and the breaks are quite recent. The strap bar is narrowed and semi-circular in section. The reverse of the frame is flat and undecorated. The pin is missing.
