Post Medieval ceramic vessel fragment, c.AD 1550-1700. This is possibly from the shoulder or rim of a large vessel, decorated with a thumb-pressed pie crust-style decoration. This sherd is from a salt-glazed stoneware jug, possibly of Cologne or Frechen ware. The fabric is hard fired and reduced grey throughout, with a brown-streaked glaze on the exterior. For similar examples, see PUBLIC-3EB98D and PUBLIC-543D55.

A complete Post Medieval copper alloy finger ring, c.AD 1700-1800. The ring has an inset piece of circular light blue cut glass, attached to the bezel with white paste; the glass sits inside a circular collet that may be undecorated, although it's too worn to make out. The hoop is circular in plan, without decoration and soldered to the bezel.

A complete Post Medieval copper alloy thimble, c.AD 1700-1800. The outside of the thimble has twelve horizontal lines of square indentations or incised pits, these line up, are very regular, and are roughly arranged in two fields. Running around the lower edge of the thimble are three incised line. The inside is undecorated. The thimble has been slightly squashed.

Post Medieval cast copper alloy trade weight, c.AD -. This weight is circular in plan and sub-rectangular in section. The obverse is decorated with three incised lines running around the middle of the face, and a partially-stamped ewer design. The ewer is the London Founders Company mark. The weight is 1.3 g (>60 grains), which allowing for damage and corrosion may well equate to an averdepois dram, which weighed 1.77 grams.

A Post Medieval cast copper alloy decorative mount, c.AD 1550-1700. This mount has a flat, acorn-shaped plate. The design is simply executed with only a pair of moulded lines running across the plate indicating the top of the cupule. The reverse is flat with a pair of integrally cast hooked attachment rivets.

Post Medieval-Modern cast copper alloy mount, c.AD 1700-1900. This is a decorative mount, possibly for a furniture fitting, that was sub-circular in plan and triangular in section. The mount is cast into the shape of a rayed or petalled motif, with a single attachment hole running through the mount from the obverse to the reverse face. The reverse is flat, with the face sloping into the hole, and bears no decorative motifs or makers' marks.

An incomplete Post Medieval silver cufflink, c.AD 1750-1800. This cuff link has one complete octagonal cuff link, a complete connecting wire link, a portion of the second cuff link attached, and part of the second octagonal plate. The cuff links have an octagonal plate with a deep lipped rim and an integrally cast loop on the reverse. An incomplete Post Medieval copper alloy Jew's harp (or Jaws harp), c. AD 1500-1800. The object is lozengiform in section and comprises a sub circular head with two tapering prongs. A rabbat (notch) on one side at the apex of the head would have accommodated the iron tongue, now missing, though iron corrosion does remain. Both prongs taper to rounded points. The metal has a mid-green/brown patina and is worn. Similar examples have been recorded on the database including YORYM-06AF8C, DUR-E5C503, NLM-C8971B and LIN-F704EB.

There is a small portion of the frame that is constricted, with a circular section, where the pin would have looped around the frame. There is no pin rest. The pin has not survived.

Post Medieval lead sack seal, c.AD 1500-1700. This is an incomplete circular seal with two circular discs pressed together and the base of a folded attachment loop. The obverse has a pineapple with a plume on top in relief. The reverse has a central circular depression, over which is an A in relief with an annulet above, below, and to each side. The walls have round machine-stamped pits in diagonal rows ascending the wall.
