A very worn, corroded and incomplete cast asymmetrical double-looped buckle frame of post-medieval date. This example is incomplete in so far as it is missing its pin and the majority of one loop. The surviving loop is rectangular. The loop has evidence of moulding along its outside edge which is heavily corroded. In general the lower surface of the buckle is bevelled and undecorated. The buckle has corroded to a variable green colour with areas of underlying red-brown metal showing through.

A post-medieval cast copper-alloy strap fitting with a pair of spikes on the reverse, bent in opposite directions. The strap fitting is lozengeform in plan with a lozengeform perforation. The edges are bevelled, the reverse is flat and undecorated, one of the spikes is bent outwards slightly, the other is incomplete.

An almost complete, corroded cast post-medieval copper-alloy rowel spur. The spur is formed of two curved arms which are broadly U shaped in plan and D shaped in cross section with a curved projection which is circular in cross section. The arms are U shaped, the left arm has been bent inwards. It expands towards two conjoined circular projecting terminals. A corroded and damaged cast copper-alloy hooked mount of post-medieval date. The mount is sub-trapezoidal in plan with a cusped upper edge. It tapers towards the hook (now missing). The mount is broadly flat with slight bevelling on its upper surface. It features two iron rivets, one towards the upper edge, the other just below the centre of the plate. An incomplete corroded cast copper-alloy strap fitting of post-medieval date. The object consists of two rectangular plates (30.95mm by 7.1mm) which narrow towards the top. The plates are joined and bent round such that they are parallel. The plates have a rectangular cross-section. One plate is at the terminal. They are joined together by a pair of rivets which survive, one towards the loop and one towards the terminal. At the join is a circular ring which is 11.45mm in diameter and 1.55mm thick.

A worn and corroded post-medieval cast copper-alloy uniface mount in the form of an acorn. On the upper face the acorn is moulded and the cup delineated from the nut by a transverse ridge flanked by grooves. The stalk bends to one side as with examples illustrated in Read (2001, 29, 37; refs. 331-334). The reverse features a pair of facing pointed lugs suggestive of a c. 17th-century date. On the obverse of this artefact it has a largely variable mid-green patina.

It tapers to a point and within the loop of a pin is a fragment of material.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy hooked tag dating to the post-medieval period. A boradly square loop is visible at the top of the tag, one projections is incomplete adjacent to the main body of the tag. The body consists of a central broadly lozengeform central section which tapers towards the old break. The hooked tag is slightly worn on the front face, it is decorated with possible floral motifs. The reverse is broadly flat and undecorated. Similar examples can be found in Read, 2008 p. 95 - 96.

A complete cast copper-alloy strap-fitting of post-medieval date. The mount is symmetrical in form made up of a three sections arranged in a row: a small central oval body which contracts slightly at either end before expanding into broadly circular terminals. The upper surface is slightly convex with two transverse ridges at the junctions of the body and terminals. The lower surface is flat with two pointed spikes, missing their tips, projecting from behind the two transverse ridges. Similar mounts can be found illustrated in Read (2001, 36; fig. 21).

A cast copper alloy or buckle of post-medieval date (1660-1720). The frame of the buckle is oval in plan with two central drilled holes to which an iron axis bar is fixed. The pin which would have fitted to this bar is missing. In profile the frame is slightly bowed. There is no decoration on the frame. The buckle is bevelled on the inner face.

A cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle of post-medieval date, incomplete in that only one loop survives and it is missing its pin; there are slight vestiges of the other loop at one end of the pin bar. The surviving loop is steeply bevelled externally on the upper surface, bevelling echoed internally on the lower. The loop is decorated with a number of shallow horizontal grooves. The pin bar is bent downwards slightly.
