Post Medieval or Modern gun fitting, a tubular pipe into which the ramrod on a muzzle loading gun was fitted. The fitting is cylindrical tapering from 15.0mm diameter at its broken end to 10.8mm diameter at its open end. Around the open end is a single moulding with a triple moulding near to the broken end. Close to this moulding is a 2.7mm diameter hole. Within the broken end are the remains of a wooden object, perhaps a ramrod. Post Medieval dress hook, c.1550-1670, Read Class A Type 10, cast copper alloy, Oval plate with three integrally cast loops, the eye by which the hook was attached to its counterpart is missing. The face of the hook bears an oval panel of foliate decoration, now obscured by corrosion. Around this is a band of small ovals. Length 34.4mm, Width 21.7mm, Thickness 2.2mm, Mass 6.17g.

Post Medieval copper alloy, asymmetric, buckle frame, dating from AD1550-1700. The frame is sub-rectangular, with one square loop and the other semi-circular, separated by an integral bar. The underside of the frame is flat and the inner and outer edges of the upper side are bevelled On the bar are the remains of what appears to have been an iron pin, now missing. Similar buckles are shown by Whitehead, 2003, 90-91, where a date of c. 1550-1700 a date that seems to fit with other evidence. Length 33.6mm, Width 25.0mm, Thickness 2.3mm, Masss 4.85g.

Post Medieval, (c.1600-1700) toy in the form of cast lead alloy bowl, flared sides with a sharply everted rim, marked with a circumferential rib. Inside the bowl its base is marked with a ring of small lis, separated by pellets. On the underside of the bowl is a low foot-ring. The bowl is damaged with about 30% of its diameter missing. This bowl is best paralleled by an example from London which Forsythe and Egan placed in their Design 26 (Forsythe and Egan, 2005, 254, Fig. 8.26). It was dated by them to the seventeenth century. Post Medieval lead inkwell, conical with six side facets. the top is flat with a pear shaped hole (7.7 x 6.1mm in its centre. This is set within a raised oval panel. The underside of the base is slighly concave. The inkwell is hollow. Width (base) 47.0mm, (top) 31.8mm, Height 34.2mm, Mass 363.9g. These object are difficult to date altough NMGW-72BE5A had a similar shape and bore features in keeping with a Post Medieval date.
