A copper (possibly with large amount of lead) alloy leg and attached base, probably from a cooking vessel or plate of some kind and of a post-medieval date. The leg is roughly pyramidal in shape, in a width to height proportion of approximately 2:1. It is unornamented and terminates in a simple rounded point. The attached area of base curves slightly but beyond a rough estimation of an approximate 20 cm diameter no more can be ascertained as to the purpose of the vessel.
