Circular lead alloy weight or possible gaming piece of probable post-medieval date (c. 1600-1800AD). The object is crudely decorated on one side with what appears to be a figure 8 covered with apparent random stab or peck marks.  The reverse of the object is plain.  There is some post-depositional damage on part of the upper edge of the object, which has a powdery white patina. An incomplete copper-alloy rowel spur of Post-Medieval date, c.1600 – 1800AD. The spur consists of an ovate sectioned neck which splits to one end forming the rowel box. The rowel is now missing. The curved arms with a D-shaped section. Both arms have been bent and distorted, but each terminate with a pair of button-headed rivets. The spur has a mid-green patina and is worn. Description The ring is a memento mori ring with a flat bezel in the form of a central square, each side having a projecting semi-circular lobe engraved with a leaf, to form a quatrefoil design. The outer surface of the bezel square is engraved with a death’s head (a skull), inlaid with traces of white enamel, surrounded by the inscription: + Memento Mori, in small neat italic script. Incomplete copper alloy double loop oval buckle with moulded decoration on the loops, dating c. 1550-1650AD. There are grooves on the outer edge of each loop.  The strap bar is narrowed and there is moulded detail at either ends of the strap bar.  The buckled is flat and undecorated on the reversed.  There is some wear on the strap bar, but the majority of the buckle has a smooth pale green patina. An incomplete Post-Medieval copper-alloy sword belt hanger buckle, dating to c.1500 – 1630AD. The buckle would have had double rectangular loop, but one is now missing. The integral circular suspension loop projecting from one side, below the strap bar, with an internal diameter of 3.9mm, is damaged. The sides of the frame are angled.  The object is not decorated. Lead or lead-alloy inkwell of probable post medieval date, c1600-1800AD. The inkwell is broadly octagonal in plan.  In profile the inkwell is broadly rectangular in shape with a domed top. At the centre of the dome is a circular hole, with an internal diameter of 8.4mm, for the ink.  The edges of the inkwell are rounded and the base is roughly cast and slightly concave. The inkwell is a mid-grey colour with a good well-developed patina which covers all surfaces. Measurements: Height: 43.8mm; width: 43.3mm; depth: 44.3mm; weight: 325g
