A copper alloy object, comical in form, probably post-medieval to modern in date (c.AD1800-1950).
The object is conical in form, with a slightly thinner rim (partially missing) at the base, and an incised line running circumferentially around approximately 2/3 of the cone, just above the base. The object is slightly misshapen on one side, with possible tooling marks visible.
Dimensions: 28.68mm diameter; 16.99mm in height; 2.25mm thick; 14.1g in weight.

A incomplete rectangular copper-alloy rectangular buckle frame, probably dating to the late post-medieval period (c.AD1800-1900).
Approximately half of the buckle frame is missing: what survives of the frame is sub-rectangular, slightly bevelled on the obverse, flat on the reverse; the outside corners of the frame are chamfered. The central bar has been separately cast and soldered to the frame so that it stands slightly proud of the buckle.The buckle frame is broken adjacent to the central bar and the the pin is missing.

Description: A silver seal matrix, dating to the post-medieval period, c.AD 1700-1800.
The die (face of the seal) is oval in plan and rectangular in cross section. The reverse face of the die rises slightly toward centre, and is decorated with a series of oval shaped petals in relief, that radiate from the central pedestal. To the top of the pedestal is applied a cast perforated handle with a suspension loop terminal. Description: A complete Posie or Posy finger ring, with plain band and interior Roman script ' inscription, dating to the mid post-medieval period (c. AD1600-1700).
The ring is 'D' shaped in section with a plain convex outer band. Around the inner band is inscribed the legend: 'In the my Choyce I doe rejoyce' (In thee my choice I do rejoice) in italic lettering, prefixed by the letter 'H'.
Discussion: The inscription is listed in Evans (1931, 60) with the correct spelling of 'thee', and a number of similar plain gold band rings with the inscription are held in the British Museum…
