Fragment of arm from a late medieval to early post medieval purse bar of Williams' (2018) Class J, dating to the period c. AD 1450 - 1550. Circular-sectioned arm commencing in an old break at one end. It terminates in a spherical knop decorated with two circumferential grooves and one transverse groove across the end.

Post medieval copper alloy double loop buckle dating to the period c. AD 1500 -1650. A central narrowed axis bar with a D-shaped loop projecting from either side. The top and bottom edges are concave; the outer edge of each frame is expanded. Each frame exhibits a pointed knop at the top and bottom. See: Whitehead, R, 2003, p. 55, no. 318.

Incomplete post medieval copper alloy spur dating to the period c. AD 1600 - 1700. It comprises two incomplete arms forming a U-shaped frame for the heel. Both arms terminate in old breaks and retain traces of an engraved geometric design on the exterior face. A collared oval neck projects from the back, splitting to form the two arms of the rowel box. Both arms exhibit a collared terminal, pierced to house the missing axis bar. Traces of iron corrosion product remain. See: Read, B, 2001, pp. 60 & 65.

Post medieval copper alloy mount dating to the period c. AD 1550 - 1700. Triangular in shape, the upper edge with a triangular cut out to create two rounded triangular projections. The plate tapers into a rectangular-sectioned hook, the tip missing due to breaks. The plate exhibits two rivet holes retaining the corroded remains of iron rivets. Incomplete post medieval copper alloy dress fastener dating to the period c. AD 1550 - 1700. Sub-oval, shallow convex plate with three integrally cast attachment loops: one at the back and two at the sides. Decoration comprises a moulded trilobate band at either end of the plate. Projecting from the bottom is a ridged collar. The plate terminates in an old break. The front loop is missing. The front exhibits traces of white metal coating. See: Read, B, 2008, no. 648.

Post medieval double loop buckle dating to the period c. AD 1540 - 1650. Central narrowed strap bar with a knop at either end. A D-shaped loop projects from either side, each outer edge moulded into a flower-shaped knop. The back is flat. Traces of iron staingin are visible on the strap bar and on one side of the frame, possibly from the missing pin. Buckles of this form are generally assigned a late 16th century date (cf. Egan 2005, 35; ref. 88). The type must pre-date 1545 as it was found on the Mary Rose (Gardiner ed. 2005, 104; ref. 82A5069).
