A worn and warped, cast lead object depiciting a boar or pig, possibly a token dating to the post-medieval period. Description: The object survives roughly semicircular, though it is flattend towards one side. It is likely to have been originally been ovoid in shape. One side depicats a boar walking forward, the head is particularly worn though the tusks are visible. Thomas Brett of Snave is listed as a Bailiff in Romney Marsh in 1639 (Wiston Mss 1520, 1521). His grave monument at St Augustine Church, Snave lists his year of death is 1674.
