A copper alloy post medieval to modern clog clasp inscribed with the motto: GOD SAVE THE KING. It dates from the 18th century and probably refers to George III. The clasp has a broadly rectangular die-stamped plate with three sub-rectangular perforations (possibly for attachment). The perforations have clearly been made after the inscription, as the perforations cut through the wording, which suggests reuse, possibly from one shoe to another that had a different fitting. A Post-Medieval small silver spoon dating from circa AD 1750-1800. The bowl is oval but mishapen. The handle is flat and tapers outwards from the bowl. There is a maker's mark 'TN' half way up the handle. The object is delicate and could be part of a child's toy set.  The maker's mark is possibley of Thomas Northcote who is noted as a London Spoon Maker, active in the late 18th C. See Pickford, I., (ed), Jackson's Hallmarks Antique Collectors Club, page 78. This dates the spoon to being less than 300 years old and thus does not qualify …
