Description:  A Post-medieval silver gilt finger ring with a posy inscription on the inside. The hoop has been cut and flattened open. The outer side is plain and most of the gilding has worn away. The inscription on the inside, in Roman capitals, reads: BE + TRV + IN + HART.  There is a cross potent at the beginning of the inscription and at the end is a symbol of a triangle adjacent to a lozenge conjoined with a central line. Treasure Case 2015 T28: Disclaimed, returned to finder A post medieval silver chape. The piece is hollow and broadly conical, tapering from the top to the terminal. The top is now squashed but appears to have been circular or oval in section. The top edge is irregular suggesting it has been torn and is incomplete, although the breaks are old. Post Medieval penny of Charles I (1625-1649), Group D or E, initial mark unclear, minted at the Tower of London, c.AD 1634-1640, North (1991:163) no. 2270 or 2272. The coin is pierced with a square (nail) hole near the edge at 10 o'clock on the obverse and 8 o'clock on the reverse. It was pierced from the obverse. It is also bent and may have been bent in the s-shape (one edge bent forward and the opposite edge bent back). This S-shaped bend is common on coins of this period and often interpreted as making the coin a 'love token'.

Post medieval conical silver cockspur with open, squashed end. The tip of the point, 8.4mm long, is solid and there is a clear attachment line where it is joined to the rest of the spur. The remainder of the spur is formed of a hollow cone of silver sheet with a joint line down one side.
