A lead post-medieval weight (AD c.1500-c.1900) weight. Overall, the object measures 17.2mm in diameter and 2.2mm thick. It weighs 2.9g. The weight is disc-shaped with bevelled edges and a circular recession on the top. At the centre is a raised '50' or '5G'. The weight does not weigh 5g, so the latter seems unlikely. It weighs 44 grains so it is possible the '50' stands for 50 grains and due to wear the weight has lost 6 grains.
