A Post Medieval copper alloy rose/orb jetton probably an issue of Jorg (George) Schultes (AD 1515-1559) dating to circa AD 1551-55. Minted in Nuremberg.  The obverse depicts a rose with alternating crowns and fleurs-de-lys surrounding, within an annulet border. The reverse depicts an Imperial orb surmounted by a cross pattee within a double tressure of three arches, with annulets between arches.  IOSV series of jettons, abbreviating the maker's name in the inscription and attributed to Jorg (George) Schultes. cf.
