A complete copper alloy farthing trade token of mid seventeenth century AD dating (AD 1652). The farthing token was issued by William Glascocke, of Nuneaton in AD 1652. The obverse depicts a cock, and the inscription reads WILLIAM GLASCOCKE. The reverse has three initials, W M G and the inscription reads IN NONETON 1652. Williamson, p 472, no 90. Davis, no 1140. Diameter: 15.2 mm Thickness: 0.9 mm Weight: 0.9 g
