A silver rivet of Post-Medieval to Modern date. This rivet weighs 0.93g and has a total length of 6.6mm. The rivet head has a sub-circular shape, fairly flat reverse and domed external surface that has been decorated. The decoration was probably formed through the process of punch stamping or moulding. Some of the domed head is depressed leaving other areas appearing as if in relief. It is possible, if not probable, that this decoration is a small part of a larger area of decoration. A Post-Medieval hollow silver button dating to c.18th century AD. The button is complete but slightly dented. It weighs 1.13g. The body (or head) has a circular shape of 12.8mm diameter. Both the front and rear half of the body is domed, so when viewed in profile the body has an oval shape. The remains of a Post-Medieval incomplete copper-alloy two-piece buckle frame. This buckle would have had an oval to circular shape and dates to the c. 18th century AD. This cover has come from a composite hollow button and is made from sheet metal that has been machine pressed and then shaped. This front component part has a hollow depth of 6.4mm. A fragment of leather shoe sole dating to the very late Post-Medieval and into the early Modern period. Probably incomplete at both ends, the length of the fragment is 79.5mm. An incomplete silver-gilt early Post-Medieval Class B, Type 3 (triangular) wire single blunt-hooked and eye clasp (Read, B. 2008). The surviving incomplete component is the eye part of the clasp, formed in two parts. The eye is formed of twisted wire (circular cross-section, diameter 1.0mm) folded in half with a rounded 'U' shaped centre (width 5.6mm), which acts as the eye's loop.
