A probable copper-alloy sheet metal rivet, of the type usually used for repairing metal vessels. The rivet is formed from a kite shaped piece of sheet metal, rolled into a cone. The top of these rivets is often top folded over to form the head, but this has not been done in this case. The tip of the cone is open. A complete copper-alloy hooked clasp. A single sharp-hooked clasp. It comprises a trapeziodal loop at the top of a solid, circular plate with a long tapering hook extending from the lower edge. The hook has a trapeziodal cross section and is curved backwards.It terminates in a sharp point. The circular plate is decorated with a moulded five petalled double rose. The back of the plate is hollowed, the front is convex. A copper alloy knife end cap or stop. A rectangular copper alloy stop decorated with three rounded lobes on the upper edge. Each of the lobes has a circular aperture. It has an rectangular cross section. Below the tri-lobed upper edge both the faces of the stop are decorated with obtuse engled cross hatched incised lines. There are incised lines along the vertical edges of the two faces. The sides of the stop are wedge-shaped in profile. On the underside of the stop is the remnant of the iron tang of the missing knife, extending into a rectangular slot evident part way up the sides.. …

An incomplete toggle clasp for a sword belt fitting. The toggle terminal and part of the plate only remains. The remnant of the plate has a broken circular attachment at the centre hole and a series of projection around the outer edge. The plate narrows into a short, straight sided neck from which expands the crescent-shaped toggle bar. The neck continues below the toggle bar terminating in a squared end. A fragment of clay tobacco pipe. Part of the bowl with a flat heel only remains. The bowl is angled outwards and slightly bellied. There are traces of a maker's mark on the flat, oval heel: EDW SAND ELL The maker is Edward Sandell. Pipes with this type of mark have been found in Wiltshire, for example in Maiden Bradley, recorded in the Warminster PArish Mageazing , October 1902 where is was suggested that the maker was based in Amesbury in the 17th century (http://www.pbenyon.plus.com/Warminster_Par_Mag/1902_10/06.html) Date:Post Medieval 1660 - 1670 Weight: 4.13 g

An incomplete cast copper alloy double looped buckle frame.The buckle frame was rectangular with a curvilinear outer edge to the frame. One ornate rectangular loop remains. The frame is decorated with cast low relief comprising a fleur de lys at either end of the centre bar, a sexfoil at the mid point of the end of the loop with a projecting knop, and curlicues at the sides.
