A possible Mousterian point of Middle Palaeolithic date. Description: The point is roughly triangular in plan and cross-section, with an apparently facetted butt end. The point is formed by long flaked removals with extensive edged retouch along each edge. The retouch is short scaled, semi-abrupt, this is more intense along the right edge. The conchoidal rippling is very extensive. The flint is a dark brown colour with some light brown inclusions. Measurements: 59.94mm long, 35.43mm wide, 10.65mm thick and 24.5g in weight.
