Dark grey flint flake with broad striking platform and prominent bulb of percussion and bulbar scar, suggesting removal from a large flint nodule with a hard hammer such as a pebble. A late Neolithic or early Bronze Age flint scraper. The object is sub-oval in plan. Conchoidal ripple marks are visible along both the dorsal and ventral face. An angled striking platform is visible above a large bulb of percussion indicating a hard hammer was used when striking the flint. Along the rounded edge is long scaled and abrupt retouch. The cortex remains on the opposite edge of the object.

A complete late Neolithic (2500-2100) 'British Oblique' flint arrowhead, with the 'tail' extended to form a long tang. The flint is light brownish grey in colour with white to one side of the dorsal (upper) face. The dorsal face has been extensively worked. The ventral (lower) face is smooth with visible ripples. Retouching is visible along all the edges. The tip of the arrowhead is complete. The top of the 'tail' or tang measures 16.60 x 7.28mm.

An incomplete polished stone axe dating to the Neolithic period, (3500 BC - 2100 BC). The object is a pointed oval in cross-section and is oval in plan. The axe has suffered from various damage and losses particularly at the butt end which appear to be recent. The butt end measures 49.77mm in width and is 3.58mm thick. The cutting edge is almost complete and measures 1.62mm in thickness. The stone is a mottled light brown and grey smooth stone.

Flint flake probably dating to the Neolithic to Bronze Age (3500BC-1400BC). It is sub-oval in plan and is very smooth, showing signs of water wear. The proximal end is flattened, perhaps to be attached to a shaft. There is possible evidence of use along the thinner edge for cutting however due to the character of the flint, slightly rolled and weathered, it is uncertain. It has a sandy orange to buff patina.

Flint flake probably dating to the Neolithic to Bronze Age period, (3500BC-1400BC). The object is curved in profile and D-shaped in cross section. Cracks, ripples and a circular depression can be seen on the dorsal face. On the ventral face conchoidal ripples can be seen running down from the bulb of percussion. The bulbar end is sub-triangular in plan, whilst the opposite end has a right-angled regular-sided cut groove where a wooden shaft would have been fitted to the flint implement. It is grey in color.

A lithic implement dating from the Neolithic to mid-Bronze Age. The object is thumb-nail shaped in plan and D-shaped in cross-section. The dorsal (upper) face has several depressions and nicks which may be due to natural weathering. Some retouch is visible on the outer edge. The ventral (lower) face is rough and uneven with numerous nicks. It is likely that the damage occurred naturally and it may have been a piece of flint knapping waste which was lightly re-touched and used. The implement is made from a pinkish brown coloured flint.

A flint piece of tertiary debitage probably dating from the Neolithic period. It is formed on a short translucent brown blade of dark grey flint. The object is leaf shaped in plan and the tip of the object has broken away. The bulb of percussion is broken. This debitage and LVPL-FF1938 were found in the same area as LVPL-FE45E5 and have been made from the same flint raw material they could possibly be associated with its making (peers comm. Ron Cowell). The piece is local riverine derived glacial flint that is abundant in the stream beds in the area.

Flint scraper probably dating to the Neolithic period, (3500BC-2100BC). The object is curved in profile and D-shaped in cross section. Ridges and ripples can be seen on the dorsal face. On the ventral face conchoidal ripples can be seen. On the left hand edge there is some fine working and fine serration suggesting it has been used for some kind of light activity. It has a mid white patina.

Brownish yellow flint flake. It is a by-product of the shaping of a larger irregular lump of flint, so that regular shaped pieces can be taken off it to work into tools. The piece removed from the parent nodule (or core) is irregular in outline and is termed a flake. There are no indications that it has been subsequently worked or used once removed from its core. A feature of this flake is that on the more irregular face it shows evidence of other flakes having been previously removed from different directions on the core before this piece was detached. A lithic implement dating from the late Neolithic to the early Bronze Age, c2500BC. The object is oval in plan and D-shaped in cross-section. There are several ridges on the dorsal (upper) face of the object. The object is a side scraper on a thick flake. It is greyish brown in colour.

Lithic implement probably dating to the Neolithic period, (3500-2100BC). It is sub-triangular in plan and rectangular in cross-section. The cortex remains on one side of the object. The opposite side is smooth and brownish grey in colour. Three of the narrower edges have been retouched. The object would have been pointed at one corner, however this has broken away.
