The object is sub recatngular in form, with rounded edges and tapering sides and is pointed oval in cross section. It has an orange brown patina with creamy patches. The object has a rounded blade on its wider short edge with a nick out of one edge. It is bi-facially worked with invasive scaled, semi-abrupt re-touch.

Neolithic flaked flint axehead, 145mm in length, 39mm in width and 24mm thick with a weight of over 100grams. The object is sub-rectangular in form and lozenge shaped in cross seection with an orange-brwn patina. It is long and thin with one surface having a crested form and the other being more rounded. It is bi-facially worked with scaled, invase re-toouch. Both ends are rounded, with one being slightly wider than the other. One end of the axe has a angled face forming a cutting edge suggesting that this object was an adze.
