A complete flint pick. A large core tool of dark grey flint. Made on a naturally fractured piece which retains areas of natural breaks which are patinated a dark orange-brown. One face of the pick has been knapped with regular flaking along its length. The opposite edge of the same face is also worked, but the flaking is less regular and does not cover the length. The other face has only one flake removal from the narrowed tip to form a crude cutting edge. The butt end is unworked and retains a naturally broken surface.
